After the materials are checked, the materials will be sent to the cutting department. Here the selected materials will be cut using advanced machines to obtain the perfect shape.

Skiving

After the cutting process is completed, all of the pieces will be taken to the skiving department, which is where the pieces are skived to have uniform thicknesses. From subtle curves to clean lines, our skiving department adds the perfect touch of elegance to your designs.

When our customer desires a special design that needs to be applied to the leather, the pieces will be taken to this department to receive printing or embossing on the leather surface.
